These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 45jl platform, including all games, services, promotions, and features available at 45jl. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering or using any part of the 45jl service.
Important: By creating a 45jl account or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. You must be 21 years of age or older and located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and participate in Real Money Play on the 45jl Platform. 2.4 One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the 45jl Platform. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. 45jl reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances in the event of a multiple-account violation.
2.5 KYC Verification. 45jl is required by Philippine regulations to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals and, in certain cases, before permitting Real Money Play. You agree to submit valid Philippine government-issued identification documents upon request. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 45jl may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.
Accepted Philippine ID documents for KYC include: PhilSys National ID, Passport, Driver's License, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, Voter's ID, and Postal ID.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 45jl Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify 45jl immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. 45jl will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
3.3 Accurate Information. You warrant that all information provided to 45jl during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information — including misrepresenting your age, identity, or location — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
3.4 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorized by you. 45jl reserves the right to void any transactions or winnings arising from Account activity that violates this Agreement.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 45jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (₱) via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), and bank transfer through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. 45jl does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals of any kind.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified in a current promotion. 45jl reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. 45jl aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the Platform's FAQ section. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and applicable verification requirements.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 45jl Account. 45jl reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn (see Section 5).
4.5 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). 45jl is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your bank or payment provider.
4.6 Fraud Prevention. 45jl employs fraud detection systems to protect the integrity of the Platform. Any deposit or withdrawal suspected of being connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct will be suspended pending investigation. 45jl cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities in such matters.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 45jl are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the relevant promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds.
5.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. 45jl reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only and may be claimed once per household, device, or IP address.
5.4 Abuse of Bonuses. 45jl reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other Players.
5.5 Modification of Promotions. 45jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform with reasonable notice where practicable.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 45jl Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the rules of any game before participating. 45jl accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to understand applicable game rules.
6.2 Random Number Generation. All electronic games on the 45jl Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards.
6.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game, 45jl reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. 45jl's decision in such matters is final.
6.4 Disputed Outcomes. If you believe a game outcome is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with 45jl customer support within 72 hours of the disputed event. 45jl will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Game logs and server records maintained by 45jl shall be the definitive record of game outcomes.
You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the 45jl Platform:
45jl reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in violation of this section, and to void all associated balances and winnings without prior notice.
8.1 Ownership. All content on the 45jl Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements — is the property of 45jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited License. 45jl grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
8.3 Restrictions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 45jl Platform without the prior written consent of 45jl.
Your use of the 45jl Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how 45jl collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.
By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.

11.1 Platform Availability. 45jl does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond 45jl's control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform.
11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 45jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.3 Cap on Liability. 45jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 45jl Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 No Warranty. The 45jl Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 45jl expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12.1 Termination by Player. You may close your 45jl Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
12.2 Termination by 45jl. 45jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of this Agreement; (b) 45jl is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive; (c) 45jl reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; or (d) 45jl ceases to operate the Platform.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account for cause, 45jl reserves the right to forfeit any Account balance, including real-money funds, where such forfeiture is permitted by applicable law and proportionate to the nature of the breach.
13.1 Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Regulatory Oversight. The 45jl Platform operates under applicable Philippine gaming regulations overseen by PAGCOR. Any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.
13.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
45jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.1.
